Code Enigma is a company that helps other organisations "do" Drupal. We're full service, so whether you want someone to take on an entire project, from start to finish, or you just need help and advice on a specific piece of work, we would be happy to talk.

Whether you're a development company who needs help with devops, or you're a global organisation looking for an entire platform build, we'd love to hear from you. We're trusted by other Drupal companies, government agencies, education institutions, charities, media organisations and technology companies alike. Clients include the Welsh Government, the National STEM Centre in the UK, ActionAid International, Breast Cancer Care, City of Westminster, the United Nations, the European Commission, the Wellcome Trust and many more.

Our hosting and support services for Drupal include managed updates, retainer support, white label support for other Drupal companies, server management, dedicated servers and PaaS. Our servers all come with full maintenance contracts, so we handle updates, security, monitoring, disaster recovery and user management for you - but you can still do what you like - we even let you "sudo".

We're partners with UK infrastructure provider Pulsant and we have a huge range of kit to call on, from dedicated servers to provisioned space on our robust private cloud. And all Puppet managed with a Drupal twist.

Finally, we're also ISO compliant on two levels, audited by BSI Group, for ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2013. These cover both Quality Management and Information Security Management, so you can rest assured your project and your information are in very safe hands.

For clarity, Code Enigma is a distributed company with no actual physical office, so the countries listed are the places where our permanent members of staff reside.

Drupal contributions

Just search for our name on and you can see our contributions.

We look after many modules and we have a "Contrib Day" policy which means every month we keep a Friday free for all our team to work on Drupal.

Many of us are also active in IRC, offering support and suggestions, we run blogs in our spare time and we are active in issue queues, mostly contrib but increasingly core, providing patches, testing patches and giving feedback.

In the UK we were Gold sponsors of DrupalCamp London, DrupalCamp NW in Manchester and DrupalCamp Leeds. We were also Gold sponsors of DrupalCon in Amsterdam and because of our European presence, we also sponsored DrupalCamp Spain and DrupalCamp Soleil in Montpellier, France and regularly attend French and Spanish events, as well as British ones, wherever possible. We've also spoken at DrupalCamp Toulouse, DrupalCamps in the UK (London and Manchester) and DrupalCon Prague. We regularly attend and sponsor the Frontend United design camp for Drupal and routinely sponsor the London Drupal Core sprints run by Robert Castelo from Code Positive.

We are Drupal Association organisation members.
