Problem/Motivation

Picking up from our work in Austin earlier this year (#2278109: Documentation sprint? (and request for existing documentation)) on improving documentation for group managers. Previously a lot of this documentation was scattered around; in Austin we gathered most of it together. There is still new documentation that needs to be created, and the "about" and "how-to" pages for group managers could be improved.
