It's important for policies to be publicly stated. And in some cases our policies are stated. But it takes insider input to find them.

Can we figure out a way to group and organize policy statements on Drupal.org?

My proposition is a dedicate page under Community menu, and between (or in the same line with) Getting Involved and Chat submenu links.

Path should be http://drupal.org/governance.

The policies themselves will be housed in Git in each working group's individual group (e.g. http://drupal.org/project/drupal-cwg), so edits to them over time can be tracked.
