sites/default/files/js/gmap_marker.js not found

Am getting the above error logged to the system - and an inability to view markers that have been saved to the database.

The two folders gmap/js and /sites/default/files/js folder contain the file gmap_marker.js. The latter appears to be an accumulative store of markers. The module seems to reference a mix of gmap_marker.js and gmap_markers.js. Maybe this is causing the error I'm seeing?

If I rename /sites/default/files/gmap_marker.js to gmap_markers.js, the error stops and I get a nicely behaving module. Actually, a fine and splendid module. Many thanks.
