Possible incompatibility with Field Group module

The contributed Field Group module is a port of D5/D6 CCK's Fieldgroups to D7; it extends Fieldgroups with new features like vertical and horizontal tabs.

In Fusion_Slate, the labels for taxonomy terms within a horizontal field group item are not rendered properly (cf. screenshot of configuration and rendered output). Instead, they are rendered with the class div.links, .node div.links, div.terms {} (like the $links array) which - in this case - is not wanted (the labels are supposed to display).

I am not sure if this should/could be fixed in the theme or in the module.
