Using Framework, I have

At the bottom of my theme on 3 sites using basic framework. Anyone know why?

And, if I take out the HTML end tag, it does the same thing to the body tag where it cuts off the last character.

Sorry, I figured it out. Boost was on and could not write to the files directory. All better.
