Drupal 7 places styling for messages in the system css files. I didn't realize that Drupal 6 relied on theme styling. I will (or anyone who wants to help) port the D7 styles to D6 and include them in the 6x branch of Framework.

This is the css code. The images are in the core :) Sorry but I don't know how to commit this style. Can you explain it?
