I have contacted the module maintainer about gaining co-maintainer access to this module and haven't heard anything back in the last two weeks. I'm requesting access so development can move forward.

I am not looking for co-maintainers at the moment. I will be putting more work into this project in a few weeks when I have some free time. Thank you for your willingness to help.

I just noticed (although you did mention it on your project page) that most of this module functionality is completely absorbed by Password policy.
