Auto detect local cc-icon font

Now an external resource is used for the cc-icon font (creative commons). Instructions are provided on download and modification of the css file. It could be made easier by autodetecting presence of the fonts in the local theme folder. See http://cgit.drupalcode.org/tooltipformatter/tree/tooltipformatter.module... for a code example.
