Integration with content management 'update actions' of comments

Love this module - thank you for the work that has gone into it. - We have successfully integrated the ability to 'flag comments' on a node level. Now we are trying to extend this by adding the existing options (to 'flag' and 'unflag' a comment) to either the 'update actions' dropdown menu (within 'Administration' > 'Content Management' > 'Comments') or as an 'flag'/'unflag' menu link in the 'Operations' column (next to 'edit'). Is this doable? If so, any pointers as to how to go about doing this?
