This may be a separate issue - Just looking at the impact of this,

It is NOT mentioned in the change record but

Url::createFromPath no longer exists!

see FlagConformBaseFrom, FlaggingConfirmForm

My time is limited today ... so I may not get to this until the weekend .... so I just thought I should mention it in public,
