Add file blacklist to directory listing nodes

Each directory listing should have a blacklist of files that shouldn't be shown. This is a comma-separated list of various files and should default to the following ".*, descript.ion, files.bbs, CVS". ".*" should be special-cased so that it excludes all hidden files starting with ".".
