CTools Errors were caused by Openlayers_Views with File Entity

Hi,
Whenever I accessed admin/structure/file-types/manage/image/file-display , the following errors occur on 1 site while another site totally broke. However, no problems with Video, Document and Audio, only Image.

I first thought this is in conflict with Ctools, I tested to install File Entity on a clean site with CTools enabled, but no problems. Maybe, File Entity is messing up with others modules triggering problems to CTools.

Also, File Entity removed my image field alternate text and title, lots of issues with it. Then decided to remove File Entity but creating more issues as follows after removal and uninstallation. How to return to a clean site without all these annoying errors ? Thanks

Invalid view path defined for entities of type File: matching menu item not found for file/%file
Invalid edit path defined for entities of type File: matching menu item not found for file/%file/edit
Invalid translate path defined for entities of type File: parent menu item not found for file/%file
The entities of type File do not define a valid path scheme: it will not be possible to translate them.
