batch and element examples are duplicated in the examples folder:

examples/batch
examples/batch_example
examples/element_example
examples/example_elements

Id say the examples/example_elements should be removed, and there is no difference between batch and batche_example, so batch is also a candidate to say good by..

Ok I see what happened here. jhodgdon and rfay created a DRUPAL-7--1 branch when we were supposed to continue using HEAD to commit 7.x changes.

Sorry about that! I didn't create the branch, but I saw it was there and did use it. Switched my dev box to using the HEAD branch.
