Ical link image does not showup + No add event option on >node/add [#52269]

I spotted those not working with the latest event module, not sure anyone else experience the same

1 Ical link image does not showup
2 No add event option on >node/add

I noticed marked the issue above as 4.6 made by mistake, it should be marked as 4.7

Ical link image does not show up on Events blog, because it links to

ical icon does not show up on every page ~except the events directory

some reason 'event/2006/04/07/table/all/' added to the image link
any idea how to fix? is it a bug? anyone else experience the same?

The 4.7 version is no longer supported. Please re-open if this still applies to a more recent version.
