Although I see the reasoning for the separation of these two categories, it is not very practical. Here are my issues.
1. If I choose company, I have no place to put in a name of a person at that company. I do not call and ask to speak to the building, I ask to speak to a person.
2. If I choose person, I have no place to put in the company where this person works.

I see that you have allowed clicking both, but this is redundant and would be better if you just added the two text input fields together.

One little trick: also add your contact to the activity under advanced. so you'll see the contact data of the organisation and the contact persons directly in the activity.
