At the moment, E-Publish requires SQL tables to be added manually. I have multiple Drupal sites on a single database, so I need the automatic table prefixing made possible by putting the table creation scripts in the install file. I would do this myself, but I don't know enough to be sure that the install file would still work if I modified it.

Attention: the install file in the current version of E-Publish is incomplete. It does not install tables. Please commit the patch to CVS.
