Hi there.
I was wondering if there was a way to add an entity reference field that could fetch its data from another drupal installation. I have two websites (letc's call them Backend and Frontend) and I am looking for a way to create a type content on the Backend that could read, with an entity reference field, data from a field located in a Frontend content type. Could be interesting for anyone else?

Thank you Derek but I am using Drupal 7, so this module is not available to me.
