New Toolbar

Problem/Motivation

The graphs are generated based on configuration. Usually global configuration is good enough, but sometimes we want to tweak the look at the graphs on the fly.

Proposed resolution

We could add a toolbar on the top of the graph to allow changing graph parameters i.e. colour, shape, etc

User interface changes

Toolbar will appear above the graph.
The visibility of the toolbar should be configurable.
