Create stable 7.x-1.1 release of email field [#1638106]

I noticed that it's been a while since the last stable release. Here are all the issues fixed in that time. It seems like it could be worth creating a new release.

yep, definitely. I was planning to do so, but got stopped by a discussion about maybe moving the contact formatter to a stand alone module (#1264210: Add actual contact form display formatter).
anyway, independent of this discussion, a new release makes sense. I'll take care about it soon!
