I cannot seem to figure out how to add and configure elections. Module is installed and visiting /elections shows the following:

There are no elections to display.

But no buttons are shown to add/remove/configure elections.

Have you enabled an election type module, e.g. election_stv or election_referendum?

Beyond that, you may need to clear caches (admin/config/development/performance), in which case I'll re-open #1930124: Caches seem to need clearing (again) on fresh install.

By the way bug reports should always be filed against the latest version (-dev). It probably wouldn't make much of a difference here. But I recommend you use the latest version of Election anyway; there have been many small improvements since -beta9 and several fairly significant changes.
