The option to Hide/Show/Manually set page title does not show for Profile2 type displays. Fairly certain this is by design, but it would be great if it could be included.

- verified that "Page title options" is checked
- verified that the option shows on node type layouts.

Here's a patch

I couldn't figure out how to make sure that the profile2 entity is viewed in a full page so it's only available for the "page" view_mode
