Problem/Motivation

As a developer it would be very nice to choose the option on my project to have a readme.md file be parsed for the entire description of my project homepage (aka github style).

Proposed resolution

Allow developers to toggle using a readme.md file as their project description.

I searched a bit for an issue like this but came up dry after 30 seconds or so. I was sure someone had to have posted this already!
