Add checkboxes to allow a contributor to quickly see what they can do to help push an issue along.

As outlined well by @webchick in 2011 https://groups.drupal.org/node/134489

Having a summary of an issue's status at the top of an issue queue can really help people see what else needs to be done before an issue can be marked RTBC.

I'm often asking this question when there's a patch that seems to do the trick.

Challenges of issue queue this might help resolve

  • Understanding what the current status is of an issue.
  • Difficult for a passer-by to understand how they might be able to help.
  • Lack of easy, contextual documentation about how to actually do things like write docs, create patches, etc.

The proposal outlined just following Core's Gates: documentation, tests, performance, coding standards, usability, accessibility

Ultimately those would not be relevant for all issues.

Also as far as reminding folks the next step, this is also useful #2193871: Create an Action Block for Short Messages for Users & Visitors

Thanks Neil! I'm fine with moving it over there.
