- More flare-ups from high-ranking core contributor who has had ongoing issues for months. CWG has discussed this matter repeatedly but has felt a bit "stuck," based on the intersection between contributions and negative attitude. In order to get unstuck, came up with a two pronged approach: first, to fill out action plan for this individual to lay out the issue in black and white and come up with a set of concrete steps that can be taken to help individual be more constructive, and what consequences will happen if those steps aren't followed. Secondly, to lead a policy discussion in the public queue about what to do about repeat offenders, so we can develop a policy for this going forward.
- The DA contacted the CWG to inquire about who the point of contact should be on the ground at DrupalCon Bogotà, given that no CWG members will be in attendance. Consensus was for DA to appoint a local community organizer, fluent in both English and Spanish, who can escalate things to us as needed those days.
