The attached patch allows for customizable titles for the main navigation menu. There are two customizable titles, one for anonymous users, and one for logged-in users (with available variable %username). All the changes are in user.module, but shouldn't the navigation menu block move to menu.module now, or is there some underlying reason for it being in user.module?
