I would like to see a way to disable the display of particular vocabularies in a node (unless someone can explain how to do it myself, of course).

I created a vocabulary to serve as a means of classifying types of weblinks (in addition to the categorization vocabulary they share with the rest of the site). I.e., while each weblink is classified as "Education", "Music", "Sports", etc. along with the rest of my site content, I also created a vocabulary with terms "Site", "News", and "Books" just so I could create, for example, a navigation link titled "News" pointing to /page/or/19 listing only "News" weblinks - I'd rather not have this term displayed within the weblink nodes.

Actually, thinking about it while entering this, it would be good to have (in addition to enabling/disabling each vocabulary's display in the node) a means to separate the terms by vocabulary. For example, right now for a weblink to an art school I get

Fine Arts | Site | Education

That "Site" term doesn't fit in that context, and ideally I'd like to skip it, but if the taxonomy links were organized by vocabulary:

Topics: Fine Arts | Education
Link Type: Related Site

that wouldn't be so bad...
