Problem/Motivation

The default Widget and Widget (table) views for the Media Library module produce a contextual filter warning.

Widget: The link in the header area points to the Widget (table) display which uses different settings than the Widget display for: Contextual filters. To make sure users see the exact same result when clicking the link, please check that the settings are the same.

Widget (table): The link in the header area points to the Widget display which uses different settings than the Widget (table) display for: Contextual filters. To make sure users see the exact same result when clicking the link, please check that the settings are the same.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install latest version of Drupal and enable media, media library, and views.
2. Visit either widget or widget (table) display for the media library view.
3. Click a contextual filter. Save contextual filter without making changes.

The warning appears when the contextual filter dialog closes. Here's a picture https://ibb.co/FVNVYfQ

I'm not sure why this warning appears, because the contextual filters for both displays appear to be the same. I have not found a solution to make it go away.

Drupal 9.4.9 was released on December 7, 2022 and is the final full bugfix release for the Drupal 9.4.x series. Drupal 9.4.x will not receive any further development aside from security fixes. Drupal 9 bug reports should be targeted for the 9.5.x-dev branch from now on, and new development or disruptive changes should be targeted for the 10.1.x-dev branch. For more information see the Drupal core minor version schedule and the Allowed changes during the Drupal core release cycle.

Version: 9.5.x-dev » 11.x-dev

Drupal core is moving towards using a “main” branch. As an interim step, a new 11.x branch has been opened, as Drupal.org infrastructure cannot currently fully support a branch named main. New developments and disruptive changes should now be targeted for the 11.x branch. For more information, see the Drupal core minor version schedule and the Allowed changes during the Drupal core release cycle.

This came up as a daily BSI target.

Tested on 11.x and can confirm the issue is still happening on a fresh install.
