On an admin page for a views block, one can set a custom url when displaying a more link for the pager.
The character limit for this is so small that it will prevent chaining multiple tokens to form the custom url or adding a lengthy custom url.

The current default length is 128 characters and I am proposing to extend this to 512.

I think this needs a test to make sure that a longer url is allowed in that field. Not changing the status as I'm not sure about that.
