After upgrading to Drupal 8.3.3 there is no image resize handle on my inline images.

I cannot reproduce the issue on 8.3.x. Could you check the browser JavaScript console log for errors?

Thanks for the quick reply cilefen...

I fixed the problem by installing the CKEditor Upload Image module and followed the instructions there for adding the necessary CK Editor plugins to my site. Make sure that you download the plugins for the applicable version of CK Editor in core (4.5.x as I write this).

You shouldn't need to install https://www.drupal.org/project/ckeditor_uploadimage. (In fact, I'd explicitly recommend against it.)

The resize handles for images are working just fine here, even on the latest Drupal 8.4.x HEAD development snapshot.
