Follow-up to #2061377: [drupalImage] Optionally apply image style to images uploaded in CKEditor 5

Problem/Motivation

In the parent issue, it was originally planned to add an image preview so you could see the various sizes of the selected image style. That has proven problematic and isn't essential for initial functionality. The main problem with it is that the image_style_preview theme element is not responsive and doesn't handle the size shrinkage inside the ckeditor modal very well. It is a general brittleness in the image style admin screens too, so I'm moving fixing this into a new issue so we can resolve the styling of it after the parent is committed when the whole image preview functionality goes in.

In CKEditor, the right side-bars are all in the wrong place:

In the image style admin screen, things are shuffled around too. Don't make this any worse or maybe fix this while addressing the responsiveness issues in ckeditor.

Proposed resolution

Take the parts of the image preview that are in #2061377-218: [drupalImage] Optionally apply image style to images uploaded in CKEditor 5 and reimplement them here, plus fix the styling of image_style_preview so it is functional and doesn't introduce further regressions in the admin screens for managing image styles. i.e. /admin/config/media/image-styles/manage/large, etc.

User interface changes

    Adds an image preview option to the selection of the image style in ckeditor.

API changes

None.
