drupal 6.22update to 6.38 cannot create or edit page

When I update drupal 6.22 to 6.38, the update steps were all right, the web site can visit and all the page can visit.
but I cannt edit and create page.
When I edit the paper, the system hints edit success, but the web page does not changed.
And when I create a new page, it hints cannot save the paper, the url_alias table has the new path,like"pid=701,nid=node/ ,",the node table is blank.
Howere,I can create or edit the page from mysql node table/node_revision table, it can change the web page.

Are there differences between the data structures of the two tables in the 6.22and 6.38?
or after update ,I need to change something?
