I am sure there is a solution, so I appreciate your patience in advance.
Just purchased iPad version of Drupad app. I had great hopes... But can't get connected. First it failed by saying "login and password don't match." They do. Really. Did it numerous times. Even used user 1 account.
Then I tried the .htaccess suggestions. Got more activity but still failed. Says it couldn't make connection.
Tried uninstalling app and reinstalling. No dice.
Don't understand the truncate sessions suggestion.
I am attempting to access a Drupal 6 site (tried it on several sites actually.) Please help.
thanks,
g

ggevalt CreditAttribution: ggevalt commentedHoping I can get some sort of help with this. Bought the app, had great hopes, but can't even get started with it. Any thoughts? Anything not documented pertaining to our server that I should be looking at?
Thanks in advance.

We are using a small private firm in Vermont where we reside? Is there an issue re the server set up?

Macahan CreditAttribution: Macahan commentedI have this trouble too. I can log on to the sites on my NAS, but not on the big site running on a Litespeed server. Once in a while it connects, but most of the time it tells me that my user/password is wrong. I tried editing the Htaccess according to the site, but it doesn't work.
Why is it's always the apps you actually pay for that gives you trouble ?

jchatard CreditAttribution: jchatard commentedHi Macahan!
Two things:
1° Do you really think the app would have been better, and my support time more consequent if the app was free?
2° If you're not happy, as an iPhone super user, you should know that you have enough time to refund from Apple.
So take it easy! Having such attitude never helps, nor is constructive.
Best,
Jérémy
