I followed steps to disable cache on my local multisite working Drupal 8, no luck.

This documetation is talking about the "default" site, with no mention at the multisite enviroment. Confusing, to me.

Can you please define step to disable cache in my drupal8/site/somesite

In my 10th year of Drupal experience, I've spend today almost 2 hours trying to disable cache for drupal website :(
