It's nice to be able to enable and disable DHTML behavior for each menu individually, but it is also extremely cumbersome if you want to change settings for all blocks.
We already have an automatic function that does this when the module is first enabled. It would be easy to provide the same functionality on the settings form, including a switch to disable the module globally.
