Installed DHTML menus, menu blocks not showing. Turned off the theme developer, and DHTML menus showed up. Turned theme developer on, the menus go away. Turn it off, the menus appear.

I have problems also with AJAX menus (from nice-menus) as well and generally much ajax content. I tracked it down to the "show memory usage". If you turn it off, do the problems disappear?
