Missing dependency between sub modules [#970838]

"node_deploy" module seems to depend on "deploy_uuid" module, as without the latter enabled I get

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function deploy_uuid_get_user_uuid() in /etc/drupal/all/modules/deploy/modules/node_deploy/node_deploy.module on line 175

This dependency is not specified in node_deploy.info. Attaching a patch to fix that.

Confirmed.

Deploy Dates, Files, Nodereferences and Userreferences should also depend on Node Deployment, as they all implement hook_node_deploy() - they do nothing if Node Deployment is not enabled.

As longwave explains we should add proper dependencies between all sub modules. If noone beats me to it, I will roll a patch for this before beta. It's a very trivial fix.
