Help me out here: can't deploy taxonomies AND files with same iterator [#2497717]

Hi, I really need some help figuring this out.
I set up Deploy and it works with a basic node setup using the Deploy Iterator.
Add a file field and and image field (with file entity on both sides) to the mix and things still look good.
I then add a taxonomy reference to the node structure, set up taxonomies on the source side, assign a couple of tags to the node, push the thing to the destination. Sadly on the other side there are no news vocabs and taxonomies waiting for me. ;(
Ok, well there's entity dependency which I haven't forgot. With the Default Entity Dependency Iterator vocabularies and taxonomies get migrated like charm... too bad though, files don't get deployed (physically, the file entity is created though) and taxonomies don't get referenced from the node.

This make the whole setup pretty much useless so I'm quite sure I'm missing something here, hence help me out...
It might be an Entity Dependency issue but the issue queue around there doesn't look too populated so I'm gonna ask around here first :)

Even i am facing the similar kind of issue. I have a content type and a field with node reference. When i deploy a content with node reference then all the fields except for the node referenced one gets populated. I see the referenced node getting created in the site, but the relationship in the node i deployed doesn't exists.
When i check in the node's devel on the production site, I see that the reference field has the value of the node with nid of the staging site from where the node was deployed, but doesn't show the nid of the production site in the reference.

Can someone help us with these issues?
