EntityMalformedException: Missing bundle property on entity of type node. in entity_extract_ids() line 7562

Hi, whenever I run the cron job or start deployment then this message shows up. As long as I disable deployment module then the cron can be run.
Any any suggestion to narrow it down to troubleshoot this issue?
