Dashboard not working

Sir,

i am using Dashboard module

i logged in as admin role with all permissions

i unabled dashboard module

when i run http://localhost:81/eshopy1/admin/dashboard i am getting

Welcome to the administration section. Here you may control how your site functions.

The requested page could not be found. error

my conf is
Apachy 2.4.27 php 7.0.23 mysql 5.7.19

i cleared cachy also

please help me
