LÆSMIG.txt doesn't get packaged

the file LÆSMIG.txt does not get packaged as the filename contains a non-ascii string. The string is also not encoded in utf-8 but in latin1 which causes problems for users of fruit computers. Maybe rename it to LAESMIG.txt.
