My site's "content is viewed" rules don't work anymore with 1.8 / 1.9.. Maybe there are more but I've already downgraded.

Downgrading gives this error everywhere...

Warning: require_once(/home/nginx/domains/edlogin.com/public/sites/all/modules/ctools/plugins/content_types/comment/comment_created.inc): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in ctools_plugin_load_includes() (line 475 of /home/nginx/domains/edlogin.com/public/sites/all/modules/ctools/includes/plugins.inc).

Can't clear cache with drush / UI.
