This module utilises Courier module API and allows admin users to edit site-wide message templates and send templated messages to site users using selected template and selected Courier delivery channels by means of Views Bulk Operations.
Dependencies:
Views Bulk Operations is a soft dependency, but without it there are no means to send templated messages other than using other modules like rng and this module only allows to manage Courier templates and template collections then.
