Contrib Half Hour 2023-02-16: D10 contrib maintainership

This week we spent more time getting contrib modules ready for Drupal 10.

No security updates or core updates were released this week.

As of 10.1.0 the FunctionalJavascript tests will fail properly, i.e. they'll fail if they hit any JavaScript errors:

Also, as of 10.1.0 it will be possible to create block content items with the same “info” value:
