Content release scheduler provides a taxonomy based organizational system for synchronizing the publication of content across a site.
Each release is a taxonomy term, which has a "Publication Date" field applied. This release term can be added to any content that should be packaged in the release. When you are ready, visit the term listing page, and push the button to schedule all the content to be published.
This relies on the "Scheduler" module for scheduling, and the "Taxonomy Entity Index" module to help organize and index all content in a single term. The TEI module does have an open issue to be put into core.
