I have the content access module setup and running like I need it.
Missing the ability to hide nodes from search - If a node is flagged for only certain roles, would like the ability to not have it show up in search for the other roles.
Currently these roles will see the node/teaser and get an access denied on the node page.
Is this possible?

I have tested the latest version of this module. The module supports for the search results also. I had created 4 nodes and and removed access on 3 nodes for anonymous user. As a anonymous user, after searching the common keyword of all nodes, the search result displayed only 1 node. Which is as expected.
In case if you are able to reproduce this issue in your site, try rebuilding the 'content access permissions'. That should fix the issue.
