This is one of the few recent nonprofit Drupal 8 conversions, and our colleagues doing nonprofit technology will be interested in the Green America redevelopment and redesign process, which took 1 year with an ad hoc internal team and two external contractors, and was budgeted at $150k.

Hi there!

What a great project. I have a few notes for you:

-I'm missing the connection between Green America's goals and how their website helps them achieve them. How does Drupal specifically help with that?
-Did you have any challenges along the way? What did you do to solve them?
-I'd love to see some key metrics; how does your new site stack up against your old site in terms of load times/engagement/etc.?
