I'd like to suggest we delete hidden case studies and I'm looking for some suggestions as to a cut off date.
Also, Tekriti Software have posted the same case study 29 times. I contacted them on 06 Nov 2012 and 02 Dec 2012, to this effect. I understand they were helpful in developing the current showcase pages so if someone could have a friendly word with them that would be helpful as they did not respond to my emails and they have since published three more.
tvn, we spoke about this on IRC yesterday. It's not a big job hiding them but it does get repetitive.

silverwing commentedEDIT:
Regarding Tekriti, if tvn hasn't contacted them yet, I will. ( http://drupal.org/user/1773636 )tvn did contact them. /EDITI have no problem with deleting case studies, but I'd put the timeline at at least a month from first contacting them.
And let's not delete Tekriti's yet in case further action has to be taken.

heine commentedtvn has contacted Tikriti's via another contact on Saturday. If we get no reply by Jan 30th, their account will be blocked (until we get a reply).

Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd commentedDear Moderators,
My Sincere apologies for the mistake that we made. We have given the responsibility of posting case studies to a junior person, who did not go through the guidelines and blindly posted the case studies. We are working with a large publishing company and migrating more than 100 of their websites into a single drupal based platform. The mistake this person did was to post all these different sites as different case studies.
Unfortunately, we had some delivery issues with the email associated with our profile (drupalteam@tekriti.net). We got this resolved as well and are now receiving the emails properly.
I spoke to Megan and Tatiana just now and understood the issue. We will work according to the guidelines and post proper case studies from now on.
I have requested the moderators to delete all of these similar looking 29 case studies on this thread: https://drupal.org/node/1796272
Warm Regards,
Mahesh
Tekriti Software.

dsquaredb commentedCan or should these case studies now be deleted and this issue closed?
leighcan commentedI'm fine with deleting a lot of the hidden case studies that haven't been touched in >1mo. There's quite a few sitting back there, junking up the place. Anyone else have an opinion?
dddave commentedAgree with leighc.
lisarex commentedAgree, no point in keeping them around. I've started deleting from the list in comment 4. There was one author I contacted because I think the case study is worth salvaging.
I'll post again when I've finished going through the list.
lisarex commentedThese are all deleted now. However I noticed there's already many more on https://drupal.org/case-studies/hidden . I can delete more of those old hidden ones.
kwseldman commentedI can also go through and delete some of the hidden ones. Shall I do so?
leighcan commentedKate, sure. I'll do the same.
leighcan commentedClosed due to ongoing process.
kwseldman commentedI just noticed I don't seem to have permissions to delete them. Can anyone help me out with that? Thanks!

leighcan commentedThis is an ongoing Drupal Association task - closing this so it doesn't clutter up the issue queues.
tvn commentedkwseldman, please try now, you should be able to delete them.
