Many times I've needed to export multiple configs to update the configs in the module. Such update is quite time consuming:
1 click export on selected config
2 open the source config file in editor
3 copy the content from the export page to the editor
4 delete uuid and _core (default_config_hash)
5 save
6 start again with the next config

If I would be able to do a clean export from a selection, then the process would be much faster:
1 select multiple configs and export (zip file)
2 copy the exported configs into module (overwriting the existing files or creating new files)

Yeah, this would be a killer feature for me..

The bulk actions should be extendable.
For example bulk export can be done currently with config_partial_export module. But it does not have the nice filtering options like config_update.
