Conditional fields does not appear to work with Commerce entities, however you can most of the same results with the Field States UI module: https://www.drupal.org/project/field_states_ui

From my understanding commerce entities are custom entities like any other custom content entity and at last from ECK I can confirm that conditional fields work on ECK created custom content entities. I think one of the problems could be that Commerce maybe define own fields which are not the typical Drupal core fields like the fields you would add in ECK. In this case it would be rather the problem that such modules like Conditional fields always depend on if the fields support it by default or if CF needs to add something so that the field works. You can read about this in the issues here regarding support for paragraphs. Please let us collect more opinions on that and feel free to update the issue with more information so that one of us maintainers can chime in with more details.

And please post FR always against latest dev to spot the right branch for the next feature release.

It does indeed work there just is not a Mange Dependencies link on the manage interface like there is with nodes.

Access it via /admin/structure/conditional_fields
